At Textron Systems, I play an ongoing role in advancing the company’s brand within a highly regulated defense and technology environment. I support the development and execution of scalable visual systems designed to improve brand clarity, cohesion, and consistency across internal and external touchpoints.

My work includes designing core visual assets that translate Textron Systems’ seven primary capabilities into a cohesive visual language, ensuring complex technical concepts are communicated clearly and effectively. I also designed the company’s stacked logo and corporate icon to strengthen brand recognition and support flexible use across platforms, applications, and environments.

To support long-term brand governance, I lead continuous updates to the brand guidelines, expanding logo usage rules, apparel and merchandise applications, social templates, and visual standards. These efforts help improve adoption, reduce inconsistencies, and enable teams to execute confidently while maintaining compliance and brand integrity.

I also developed a branded confetti pattern that visually unifies elements from across Textron Systems’ sub-brands. This asset is actively used in internal events and communications, reinforcing cohesion while celebrating the organization’s diversity within a large enterprise.

I provide creative direction and design support for major tradeshow initiatives, leading visual strategy around select, high-priority capabilities to ensure clear focus and maximum impact. Each effort begins with identifying the core narrative and capability to highlight, then developing a cohesive creative direction that guides all supporting assets.

From that foundation, I design and oversee graphics across multiple platforms, including large-scale tradeshow environments, video, digital and social content, and supporting advertising.

This integrated approach ensures consistent storytelling and visual alignment before, during, and after the event, extending the reach of the tradeshow beyond the physical space.

By aligning creative execution with strategic capability messaging, these initiatives strengthen brand clarity, reinforce key value propositions, and support broader business and marketing objectives at high-visibility industry events.
